As you may have guessed, I am the wife of a Realtor. In addition to that, I am a mother of three girls, an expert level consumer (I have credentials to prove that), health enthusiast, gym rat (my membership includes free childcare), parenthesis lover, foodie, fashionista, shopaholic, kale loving, acai bowl making, modern day renaissance woman with a tendency to get carried away. Gwyneth is my spirit animal, and Chip and Joanna stole my life.
In all seriousness…I live in a lovely suburb about 15 miles east of Seattle (Go Hawks) with my beautiful girls and foxy husband. Most of my days are filled with keeping my children alive, and my husband sane. This is a full-time job. My background is filled with trying to turn my interests, and hobbies, into careers, always realizing that I can enjoy things without trying to turn them into a job. Along the way I earned a degree in Fashion Merchandising, spent years in retail management, buying and visual merchandising. I also dabbled in catering, party-planning, fitness instruction, and hospitality. All of this has resulted in me being a bit of a “jack of all trades,” and I have become the person my peers come to when they need help with their entrepreneurial endeavors. I am always happy to help others succeed. It brings me so much fulfillment!
My husband and I met about 17 years ago when we were both students at Central Washington University. We were finally married in 2012 and this wild ride has been nothing short of amazing. We have a teenage daughter, Cassidy, and toddler girls, Maizy and Lyric. I’m sure through future posts, you will get to know them pretty well.
At 37, I’m starting to stare at adulthood and I have mixed feelings about that. I just try to remind myself to embrace it all and am delighted to share it with you! I just realized I have never even read an “about me” on a blog. I hope I’m doing this right…
